We are very excited to announce that in 2023, GAMA will be starting a manager development series designed to assist managers and advisor alike who wish to hone their people management skills. Whether it’s coaching, conflict resolution, business planning, client management or approachability, this series will focus specifically on developing those soft skills. 

In continuing our series, we will be highlighting the book Primed to Perform, which teaches you how to use the cutting edge of human psychology to build high performing workplace cultures. You can purchase it almost anywhere and we encourage you to read it through before our event.

During the session, we’ll be highlighting key take-ways, personal examples, and will be encouraging those in attendance to do the same. The idea is to learn together, share our professional experiences, and become better managers.
